Tenaris’ Supply Chain – Resource Planning department is opening an exciting opportunity for a Sourcing & Order Acceptance Senior Analyst. We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail‑oriented professional who is eager to contribute to the coordination and optimization of order fulfillment processes across international markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining allocation and delivery dates for offers and orders, coordinating the actions required for orders to become operative, and managing stock replenishment for Long Term Agreements. You will play a key role in supporting Tenaris OCTG Build‑To‑Order (BTO) businesses in the Eastern Hemisphere, ensuring delivery compliance while maximizing business performance.
Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities
· Provides allocation and delivery dates of offers and orders, and coordinates actions for the orders to become operative. Is responsible for performing the stock replenishment for Long Terms Agreements.
· Designs the allocation and delivery dates of Tenaris OCTG BTO businesses for the Eastern Hemisphere
· Provides allocation and delivery dates on the offering process of spot businesses, aiming to optimize profit while ensuring delivery compliance.
· Performs booking acceptance and follow up until final confirmation / cancellation.
· Performs stock replenishment process for long term agreements.
· Performs sales order acceptance, coordinating necessary actions for the orders to become operative.
· Performs offer loading, gathering the information required in the offer preparation.
· Maintains Business Unit volumes aligned to Sales Forecast.
· Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area.
· Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials, Chemical, Production).
Experience:
· 3-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Oil&Gas sector preferred.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
· Advanced Excel skills.
· Data science/Machine learning/Data analytics knowledge preferred.
· Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering documents, and tender requirements.
Key Competencies:
· Teamwork and ability to work effectively in a global, multi-cultural, and cross‑functional environment.
· Strong communication skills. Results orientation and business acumen.
· Problem‑solving skills and resilience in complex business requirements.
· Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
