Order management Analyst / Sr. Analyst - Houston, TX

Purpose
Assists Order execution Manager/ Coordinator on the offer and order processes from the reception of a customer Request for Quotation, up to the fulfillment of the business sale conditions. Follows-up in due time and manner the cycle of production orders for local customers, by recording requests for quotations, processing purchase orders and verifying their fulfillment, controlling the timely issuance of invoices and responding to customers claims.
Main Responsibilities

• Assists on those request for quotations received from Tenaris CFE defined as complex, analyzing requirements and providing advisory to CFE in all the topics considered critical related to the complexity of the offer: logistics, deliveries, business scheme, with the objective of securing the fullfilment of what it is offered and anticipate potencial problems that might appear during the execution of the business.
• Processes Purchase Orders.
• Achieves the operability of the order before expiration date.
• Collaborates on the fulfilment of purchase orders as required.
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
• Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
