Order management Analyst / Sr. Analyst - Houston, TX

Purpose
Responsible for offering and order processes from Quotation up to the fulfillment of the business sale conditions.

Ensures timely follow-up on the production order cycle for internal and external customers by recording quotation requests, processing purchase orders, verifying order fulfillment, overseeing the timely issuance of invoices, and addressing customer claims if needed.

Main Responsibilities

• Manages the offering and order processes from Quotation up to the fulfillment of the business sale conditions
• Processes Purchase Orders according to Tenaris policies
• Develop and maintains “Open Orders Reports” to customers providing updates related to production, deliveries, business scheme, ensuring order fulfillment and proactively addressing potential issues.
• Collaborates with other departments on the fulfilment of purchase orders as required.
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
• Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the purchase order management.
• Technical knowledge in tubulars/OEM management of accessories
• Knowledge of Tenaris products and connections (preferred)
• Strong ownership and commitment
• Accountability and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Effective decision-making skills
