Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to ensure the effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement of manufacturing and gauging operations by coordinating gauge design and lifecycle management, standardizing processes, monitoring performance through KPIs, and supporting engineering projects. The role drives operational efficiency, safety, and quality by developing procedures, maintaining technical documentation, ensuring regulatory and company compliance, and providing guidance and training to the team to support reliable and consistent execution.
Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate all phases of gauge design and lifecycle management for TenarisHydril gauges, including design, recalibration, movement, alternative gauging practices, and training.

Assess gauge requirements for new engineering projects and maintain accurate gauge inventory and project status dashboards.

Track gauge availability and coordinate with Supply Chain to procure or manufacture required gauges.

Manage gauge requests from initiation through final reception, monitoring progress and escalating risks or delays.

Plan, communicate, and execute daily operational activities, including task prioritization and resource allocation. Submit daily work plans, end-of-day production reports, and weekly performance summaries.

Define productivity standards and develop product and process standards to support operational consistency.

Develop, maintain, and review KPI dashboards to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions.

Coordinate, develop, and implement procedures for TenarisHydril connections in alignment with operational and quality requirements.

Coordinate the development and implementation of drawings and Inspection Requirements (IR) for TenarisHydril connections.

Develop and implement IDM procedures to replace or improve existing TGQI procedures.

Support processor development and provide training to programmers on program master development.

Coordinates and directs, development and implemention of Drawings/IR for TenarisHydril Connections.

Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
