ADMINISTRATION GBS ANALYST  

LOCATION: Mexico City - Mexico City  - Mexico 

DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCES 

- KPI Dashboards & Reporting System ; create structured follow-up matrices to ensure propert tracking of business reporting updates.
- Power Bi Development and Data integration - Data validation protocols and version control, lead continuous improvement initiatives for reporting efficiency and visualization clarity.
- Consolidate Unit Service Presentation for Bay City, Baytown, Conroe, others. Provide analytical insights to support executive and operational decision-making. Cost optimization opportunities, support budget planning, forecasting and financial monitoring
- Company Document Management - Oversee strucutured document storage and indexing systems. Ensure compliance with corporate retention policies and legal requirements. Develop and maintain document lifecylce management procedures.

- Non-Operating Assets Management and Real Estate Portfolio records using ProLease. Managemente lifecycle of non-operating assets. Ensure compliance with financial and accounting procedures. Accurate assets list and records, disposal documentation
