Supply Chain GBS Analyst (INMA) - Mexico City

Requirements:

Education Level: Proffesional.
Specialization/Career: Bachelor in Business Administration, International Business & International Relations.

Experience: 1-3 years (SUCH)

English Profiency: Advanced

Skills, special knowledge

- SAP & Excel Advanced (Macros) & Power BI.

- English advanced

Purpose:

Consolidates the Supply Plan, supervises Inventory Management, ensures follow up information is communicated for the orders of the corresponding Production Unit (PU) in the region, monitors inbound material, and activates dispatches to customers according to the invoicing plan.

Main Resposibilites:

- Generate Monthly stock conciliations of third-party yards from both the USA and Canada.

- Analysis/comparing the inventory numbers of the yards vs. those of the system.

- Reports elaboration made/prepared based on information from the Yards in Power BI.
