LOCATION: Midland - TX - US

  • Conduct field, distribution yard, and warehouse audits to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct HSE onboarding for new employees.
  • Support and monitor the development and implementation of proper HSE training.
  • Review and ensure compliance with all customer HSE requirements at rigs locations.
  • Assist with contractor management systems such as ISNetworld, PEC Safety/Veriforce, TPS Alert, NCMS, and Helipass, as needed.
  • Assist with the Tenaris Field Services DISA program ensuring all new employees in assigned region are entered into the random drug and alcohol program, that all random tests are taken within the allotted timeframe, and that post-accident and incident tests are completed according to company standards.
  • Analyze statistics, trends, action plans, and implement corrective actions where needed.
  • Participate in and lead investigations where needed to ensure a lower probability, severity, and/or frequency of future events through root cause analysis.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for the Tenaris HSE systems.
  • Conduct monthly safety meetings for Tenaris Field Services.
  • Assist Commercial Front End by completing HSE Questionnaires for bids.
  • Complete audits required by customers on the areas within Field and Rig Services to ensure work prequalification requirements are met.
  • Follows the proper use of company IT tools to ensure its application.
  • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
  • Complete other assigned tasks as requested by immediate supervisor or department director.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (5+ years in relative HSE field).
  • 3+ Years’ experience in manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or petrochemical/refining.
  • Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Willing to travel throughout the Permian Basin on a daily basis.

Approximately 10-20% travel outside of the Permian Basin. Travel is on an as needed basis
