Talent Acquisition Analyst - Midland, TX  

LOCATION: Midland - Texas  - USA 

DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCES 

This position will involve reaching out to potential candidates for staffing purposes. Ensuring compliance is met by I9 verification, background checks, and credentialing. This is an on-site position.

What does a day-to-day look like in this role?

• On-boarding
• I9s/ E- Verify
• Backgrounds
• Interviewing (phone screening & setting up in person)
• Microsoft Teams updates/ Excel
• Follow up with candidates in regards to backgrounds/I9s
• Assist with on-boarding
• Assist with the paper work and paper uploads
• Work closely with the team
