Product Warehouse Shift Leader

Purpose

Supervises the incoming/outcoming product process ensuring the receiptprocess is performed in accordance with the operating and safetyprocedures in force.

Main Responsibilities:

•  Responsible for the proper receipt and stowage of products.
•  Supervises the incoming product process ensuring the receipt process is performed in accordance with the operating and safety procedures in force.
•  Ensures shipments are fulfilled within the established time frame and according to required conditions.
•  Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
•  Acts as a "shift leader" being responsible for leading employees during their assigned time period/shift, coordinating schedules, assigning responsibilities and ensure work safety conditions.0
•  Note: the differentiation between I and II will be based on Warehouse complexity (clients, size) and autonomy level required.
•  Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area. To comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation, perform inspections and participate in the investigation process. Implement the preventive/corrective actions. Keep updated the risk analysis and the environmental aspect assessment.
•  To participate in HSE objectives setting, define and implement programs and actions applicable to the area of responsibility for continual improvement of HSE performance
