Main Responsibilities

• Analysis of new sales projects, related payment term and exposure before offer is issued to the customer, propose modifications to CFE/BUCO to mitigate possible credit risks.
• Analysis of customers´ creditworthiness and country risk, ensuring appropriate conditions for requesting credit lines, proposing reallocation or modification of customers credit lines.
• Recommend risks exposure conditions proposing alternative coverage for commercial and political risks.
• Actively work along with CFE and SUCH proposing improvements to agreements or processes to minimize collection risk and decrease DSO.
• Ensure the follow-up, registration and timely collection of the customers' accounts receivables.
• Follow up cash inflow by controlling collections support documentation and work with BPO to keep customers’ accounts as clean as possible.
• Provide collections forecasting & analysis.
• Analysis and issuance of Bank Guarantees requested by CFE assuring acceptable wording and cost.
• Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensure adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.

Requirements:

• University degree: Accounting, Administration, Economy, Engineering. 
• Language: Advanced English.
• Finance knowledge is desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PBI and SAP

• Candidate must have good interpersonal skills to interact internally with diverse areas (SUCH, CFE, Admi, Corp Treasury) and externally with Customers
