Reporting Analyst  

LOCATION: Montevideo - Montevideo  - Uruguay 

DEPARTMENT: ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE 

REPORTING SENIOR ANALYST  - Especialista en análisis de datos y Confección de Reportes de Gestión

AREA: Administration & Financial Companies

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of her/his companies Balance Sheets and P&Ls, understanding the underlying business in order to ensure accuracy in the accounting of the companies and consistency with Tenaris policies
• Analysis of variations in the financial information to ensure consistency between accounting and reality, with special focus on the impact in stocks, margins and accounting provisions
• Interact with regional areas worldwide (e.g. Treasury, Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercial), allowing a fast reaction on the different issues that need to be addressed
• Support the monthly and quarterly Financial Statements issuance of Tenaris
• Compliance with SOX requirements
• Support Internal and External audits
• Support the preparation and issuance of local statutory requirements
• Identify Process Improvement opportunities and be part of its implementation
• Transfer Pricing analysis and control, in coordination with Tax Planning and regional ADFI areas
• Analysis and reconciliation of intercompany operations

Skills required:

• Team player, autocritic and driven by challenges
• Interest for accounting/financial analysis (degree in Public Accounting or Administration and accounting norms knowledge is highly preferred)
• Strong drive for analysis and process improvement
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• SAP (preferable)
• Power BI and other digital tools (preferable)
• Skills to work with precision under pressure
• Fluent English
• Good communication across teams
