Industrial Planning /Senior Analys/Specialist/Leader  

LOCATION: Neuquen - Neuquen  - Argentina 

DEPARTMENT: PLANNING 

Main Responsibilities:

• Leads and provides support in the preparation of Tenaris annual global budget.
• Ensures a constant and proactive support to local Planning areas in the process of consolidating, analyzing and preparing financial support information for Top Management decision-making
• Meets the annual operation and industrial cost budget monitoring monthly costs per area, verifying correct allocation to the monthly closing, analyzing the Cost System on a regular basis.
• Assures a constant process improvement for time optimization based on best practices and the adoption of the latest IT Tools.
• Monitors compliance progress reports of Special Projects assigned to the area.
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, andensure adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area ofresponsibility.
• Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates and develops his/her staffand manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms andprocedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities,equipment and other physical resources assigned.
