Order Management Senior Analyst
LOCATION: Nisku - Alberta - Canada
DEPARTMENT: SUPPLY CHAIN
We are currently seeking an Order Execution Senior Analyst for our Supply Chain department to work at our manufacturing facility in Nisku, AB.
Position Summary: The Order Execution Senior Analyst is part of a high performance team that works very closely with commercial representatives managing all Tenaris customer accounts for Canada. The Order Execution Senior analyst assists during processes involving offer engineering and order fulfillment (cost and delivery determination). Scope of work extends from the reception of a customer request for quotation up to the fulfillment of the business sale condition. Follows up in due time and manner the cycle of production orders by ensuring compliance with customer requirements as well as Tenaris quality standards. Sourcing of goods and services are regular activities, processing purchase orders and verifying compliance with requirements controlling the timely issuance of invoices and responding to customer inquiries related with order execution and fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable of processes pertaining product feasibility analysis, order acceptance, execution and follow up
- Ensures compliance with commercial activation, collaboratively working with internal and external suppliers of goods and services
- Work collaboratively with the broader Supply Chain team as well as Operation and Quality Departments to assure the fulfilment of customer requirements while meeting Tenaris standards and product procedures
- Understands and is fully familiarized with the manufacturing cycle of Tenaris connections, issuing production routings to activate manufacturing in the production system
- Activates and follows up manufacturing processes at external suppliers through sourcing and purchase order placement in accordance with minimum requirements
- Works collaboratively with inventory teams and accounts payable for goods and services reception ensuring on time payment to suppliers
- Coordinates and follows-up all logistics activities involved with order fulfillment (inbound/outbound of raw, intermediate materials and/or finished goods to final destinations)
- Responsible of non-operative stock owned by customers at the manufacturing facility
- Assures on time and accurate billing to the customer by providing visibility on all applicable documentation in accordance with freight and delivery conditions
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility
- Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area
Experience/Education:
- Relevant technical degree and previous experience 3-5 years in an industrial, manufacturing environment required
- SAP proficiency and/or experience working with OCTG preferred
- Advanced knowledge of MS tools – Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work on call and overtime
