FISE Technical Supervisor (Account Manager) - Midland, TX 1  

 

LOCATION: Oklahoma City - Oklahoma  - USA 

DEPARTMENT: SUPPLY CHAIN 

 

FISE Technical Supervisor

Has responsibility in the region and for colleagues concerning technical topics and information within the scope of Field Services as follows:

  •  Support of his team on day to day technical needs, doubts and advice, refering to the Technical Department for clarification.
  •  Be updated with the new instructions, tips, procedures, guidelines etc and transmit to the people in his area by checking FISE site routinely and contacting the Technical Department.
  •  Ensure all FSR fully understand any new ST, or other technical documents released.
  •  Ensure all new documents released are signed for by all FSR on the appropriate receipt acknowledgement form and logged.
  •  Lead regular technical meetings in his area to introduce new information, get local needs, train the people and push to share experience through KM. Regularly report the meeting output to the Technical Department.
  •  Conduct regular Pre & post job meetings logging any irregularities and / or issues encountered with connections, graphs make up etc
  •  Feedback all make up anomalies to technical department using the anomaly feedback form
  •  Perform RAS and TAS jobs, but also to provide on the job training to his team.
  •  Help replace the FSD or FSM on holidays or free time.
  •  Report together with the FSM, experience and training of the local FSR to the HSE and people development department for track records.
  •  Review FSR Job reports for clarity, accuracy and completeness
  •  Represent Tenaris at "drilling on paper" or similar meetings.
  •  Support the FSM and the HSE Department in the implementation, development and improvement of the HSE program.
  •  Answer technical queries from relevant region received through FISE mailbox, checking response is accurate and professionally compiled.
