API & Semi Premium Threading Operator

LOCATION: Onne, Rivers State Nigeria

DEPARTMENT:  Production, Industrial Operations

Purpose

erforms the operation of API & Semi Premium threading on pipes or couplings, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards.

Main Activities

- Executes change over and set up of the machine.

- Performs lathe or PMC operation.

- Performs API & Semi Premium or lower quality threads on pipes or couplings.

- Carries out end deburring. - Performs chips cleaning.

- Assists machine lock outs and tag outs and does operative maintenance (cooling fluid, machine adjustments, etc.). 

- Updates information in the tracking systems.
