Technical Sales Analyst
Location: Campina, Romania
Department: Technical Sales à wide support area for Tenaris’ core business – stakeholder management – commercial – sales – specialists in the field – collaboration
Purpose: Defines Tenaris products and discovers those needed for the future, applying products into new applications and technically proving Tenaris value. Sells Tenaris products and services through engineered, value-based solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Builds high quality, lasting technical relationship, guided by a strong understanding of customer situations.
- Connects customer ideas with product development organization and predicts future applications and products.
- Discovers opportunities, adds value to customer operations, and provides differentiation. Assists in the development and distribution of sales tools with a proactive sales approach.
- Offers value added services (string design, running services, inspection, etc.) as an empowered member of the customer team.
- Assists a team, and at times leads the customer investigation and claims management process.
- Provides a technical support role.
- Participates in setting and reviewing customer specific sales strategies
Your profile:
- Degreed in: Technical or business/economical ; Petroleum engineering is a plus
- Language: English – Advanced
- Specific knowledge: Microsoft Office, Excel
- Result oriented and analytical thinking
- Networking initiator inside and outside the company
- Team player and customer focus
- Capacity to emphasize and build trust with a positive attitude
Preferred Skills:
- SAP experience – preferred
- Experience inside multinational company or international working environment - preferred
