  1. Continue improving CECO Quality Management System according to IATF 16949 and customer requirement. 依据IATF 16949标准及客户要求,持续完善质量管理体系
  2. Develop new products with engineering department and get customer final approval.  与工程部门协同开发新产品,并取得客户最终批准
  3. Follow up quality event and define corrective actions to avoid it re-occurs. 跟进质量事件,制定纠正措施以避免问题再次发生
  4. Process KPI follow up and prepare quality monthly report. 跟进过程关键绩效指标(KPI),编制质量月度报告
  5. Perform internal audit and receive external audit. 开展内部审核,并配合完成外部审核
  6. Improve customer satisfaction. 提升客户满意度
