The Health & Safety Senior Analyst role supports Health and Safety function of the region ensuring that HESA management system is implemented as defined by Company requirements, procedures and applicable legal regulation in all sites.

Your Responsibilities:
- Liaises closely with the Company Corporate HESA team to define and provide a comprehensive and coherent application of the management system.
- Monitors and control the systematic identification, assessment and control of hazards and risks.
- Coordinates and prepares annual HESA action plan.
- Ensures the implementation of the Company HESA procedures, ensuring these are properly issued and updated, and prepares periodical reports.
- Identifies applicable legal requirements and ensures compliance.
- Supports and monitor the development and implementation of proper HESA training.
- Participates in the company HESA audit program.
- Supports and assists Clients and other interested parties, analyzing their requirements and implementing changes, if needed.
- Coordinates and develops with Communications Area, the proper awareness campaigns.
- Coordinates and implements HESA committees and meetings. Analyzes statistics, trends, action plans, etc.
- Follows up the proper use of company IT tools to ensure its application.
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops their staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to their area.
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant industry experience.
- CRSP or relevant Health & Safety certification.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize work.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
- Proven ability to make decisions in a time sensitive environment, at times with limited resources and information and, when under pressure.
- Must be flexible with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a variety of internal stakeholders and cross-functional groups.
Schedule & Working Conditions:
- Day Shift, 8 am - 5 pm, with flexibility based on business needs.
- Work is performed in a steel manufacturing mill.
