What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate electrical engineering projects from concept through detailed engineering and implementation.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and engineering deliverables.
• Supervise and support engineering team members, balancing workload and fostering professional development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide technical and project management support during industrial construction and commissioning activities.
• Promote engineering standards, innovation, and continuous improvement practices.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in engineering, projects, industrial operations, or related technical environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating projects, teams, or engineering activities.
•  Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Intermediate to Advanced English (B1+).
• Availability to travel.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to power systems, automation, industrial controls, motor control systems, or electrical design.
• Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or heavy industry environments.
