IT Applications Leader  

LOCATION: Veracruz - Veracruz  - Mexico 

DEPARTMENT: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY 

We are looking for a proactive and driven IT Applications Analyst with a strong IT background to support, maintain, and continuously improve business applications.
This role acts as a bridge between business users and IT, ensuring applications meet operational needs, run reliably, and evolve to support business objectives. A strong sense of ownership, good communication skills, and a solid English level are essential due to interaction with multiple stakeholders and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain business applications, ensuring stability and performance
Analyze and resolve application issues, coordinating with IT teams and vendors
Gather and document business and system requirements
Support application changes, testing, and user acceptance
Maintain clear documentation and provide user support
Identify opportunities for process and system improvements

Required BackgroundDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in an Applications Analyst / Application Support / Systems Analyst role
Experience working closely with business users
Good English level (written and spoken)

Required Skills

Hard skillsApplication support and troubleshooting
Requirements analysis and documentation
Testing and validation (UAT support)
Basic data analysis skills (Excel; SQL is a plus)
Knowledge of enterprise applications (ERP experience is a plus)

Soft skillsProactive, driven, and results‑oriented

Good communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
