Your profile should look like this:

• Studies in: Phycology, Educational Sciences, Sociology, Learning courses or similar diploma in L&D
• Specific knowledge: Microsoft Office package, Learning Management Systems (advantage)

What will you do in your day-to-day job:

• You will assess training and development needs within Romania region, by coordinating the Annual Training Plan and collaborating with the internal stakeholders – management team, employees, talent development department and not only
• You will design and deliver learning programs to address the development needs
• You will contribute defining the learning methodologies considering target population and organizational criteria.
• You will act as training advisor to line managers in subjects related to training management  
• You will research and select appropriate training providers and ensure the effective execution of training activities, maintaining records and employee progress.
• You will perform and manage Industrial training campaigns and activities addressed to the production target population
• You will offer support in the new projects and investments by defining the training requirements.
• You will oversee and analyze key performance indicators to measure learning effectiveness using MS office package.
• You will comply with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility
