• Coordinate our leader development program (Global Trainee)
• Support performance management and talent development initiatives
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
• University relations       
• Drive employer branding activities in Romania
• End to end recruitment
• Prepare reports and track HR KPIs

👤 Your Profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Strong skills in Excel and reporting tools
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
