What will you do in your day-to-day job? 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Identify and Resolve Industrial Process Issues: Diagnose challenges in industrial processes and plants, and support project development by selecting appropriate Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and standardized methodologies.

  • Project Impact Assessment: Evaluate and quantify the impact of projects on industrial performance, identifying issues or deviations, and designing effective mitigation strategies.

  • Team Training: Train team members in Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools to enhance their proficiency and application.

  • Promote Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate the sharing of knowledge, best practices, and documentation of know-how across regions and mills, ensuring adherence to defined standards.

  • Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Adhere to HSE procedures, report incidents or observations, conduct inspections, and participate in investigations. Implement preventive and corrective actions, and keep risk analyses and environmental assessments up-to-date.

  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, as well as with all applicable laws and regulations within the area of responsibility.

  • Team Leadership and Resource Management: Proactively motivate, coach, and develop staff, managing HR activities in accordance with Human Resources norms and procedures. Safeguard facilities, equipment, and other physical resources from damage, theft, or misuse within the assigned area.
