🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Provide IT application support across your scope, handling corrective maintenance and user issues efficiently
• Coordinate with corporate teams for application maintenance and evolution, documenting user needs and assessing business priorities
• Participate in system implementations by performing testing, managing local suppliers, and supporting user training
• Ensure effective communication and availability of user manuals post-implementation, continuously monitoring system operation and interface functionality

• Passionate about customer support and IT applications
• Technical skills in SAP user support
• English: Advanced
