About the Global Trainee Program

Your Profile 

Degree in: Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering 
Language: English – Advanced 
Specific knowledge in: 

• Pneumatics & Hydraulics 

• Mechanical Systems 

• AutoCAD, SolidWorks 

• Preventive Maintenance fundamentals 

Your Daily Responsibilities 

• Perform installation, mounting, repairs, and startup for mechanical equipment 

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage resources effectively 

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, time, and cost standards 

• Monitor and maintain technical spare parts inventory 

• Support the development of maintenance information systems 

• Analyze maintenance data to support technical decisions and process improvement
