Purpose: Maintain employee information that is accurate, meets the organisation's legal obligations, and assists in human resource management and planning.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares information of payroll accounts, withholdings and other necessary information to be reported to federal, state and local agencies as required.
- Responsible for preparing reports for budget process.
- Maintains individual employee data records, ensuring the confidentiality of information contained in employee files.
- Prepares reports on employee turnover, absenteeism and overtime.
- Analyzes, interprets and recommends courses of action for more complex topics.
- Interacts with internal and/or external contacts with a higher level of autonomy.
- May guide and informally supervises new hires and generally is viewed as a referent of the area
Your profile:
- Degreed in: Economical Science / Finance / HR
- Language: English – Advanced
- Specific knowledge: IT tools: Excel, Outlook, Windows;
