👤 Your Profile 

• Studies in Psychology, Educational Sciences, Sociology, Learning & Development, or related fields 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Learning Management Systems is an advantage 

🔧 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities 

• Identify training needs and coordinate the Annual Training Plan 

• Design and deliver programs tailored to business and team needs 

• Advise managers on training solutions and methodologies 

• Manage training providers and track employee progress 

• Lead industrial training for production teams 

• Define training for new projects and investments 

• Monitor KPIs to assess learning effectiveness 

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
