This role is part of the Global Trainee Program (GTP) – a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience and receive structured training over a 2-year period.

🛠️ What You’ll Do
• Propose and implement tech improvements to boost steel quality and productivity
• Test materials and steel samples for quality control
• Monitor melting and refining to meet production goals
• Lead Steel Shop production with Shift Leaders
• Analyze monthly production data, identify issues, and suggest fixes
