Coiled Tubes Services Operator - Midland, TX

Key Responsibilities

As a Coiled Tubes Services Operator L3, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of our coiling operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating the Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) during coiling operations.
• Using forklifts to transport equipment, consumables, and scrap materials across the line.
• Leading the installation of material packaging and supporting setup of customer work reels and coiled tubing units.
• Managing documentation and updating tracking systems with accuracy and clarity.
• Assisting with Laydown operations for concentric installations.
• Operating the Level Winder during spooling and applying rust inhibitors to pipe surfaces.
• Supporting spool loading/unloading and internal order line setups.
• Performing visual inspections during coiling and reporting quality concerns.
• Controlling pipe coiling and positioning of the spool and HPU.
• Identifying and managing key quality aspects for final product acceptance.
• Installing and replacing accessories and handling materials safely.
• Assisting with machine lockouts/tagouts and performing basic operational maintenance.
• Interpreting job instructions and executing tasks based on system information.

• Relocation is not available for this position. Candidates must be located in or able to work in Midland, TX.
